Breakfast is your opportunity to stock up on the vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Skipping breakfast means that you are also skipping these necessary nutrients. Unfortunately, when people skip breakfast, they are more likely to grab an unhealthy snack before lunch.

Get up earlier. Okay, so for some people, this is probably the least likely option. But getting up just 10 to 15 minutes earlier will give you time to grab a quick – but healthy – bite to eat.

Keep fresh fruit on hand. Crunchy fruits like apples and pears are great choices. They can easily be eaten on the go.
